72-cover brasserie on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Pass-adjacent booth run along the north wall, central freestanding tables for 28 covers, and bar zone holding 18 standing guests. Evening lighting with dimming sequences for 19:30 and 21:00 turn services.

48-cover fine dining room with open kitchen sightline. Runner routes designed around a central pass visible from every table. Corridor planning eliminated cross-traffic between outgoing plates and returning glassware during peak dinner service.

56-cover neighbourhood bistro with banquette window line seating 24 covers. Layered evening lighting: pendant pools over central tables, wall wash along banquette, and pass task lighting. Booth depth specified at 680mm for comfortable service clearance.

88-cover hotel restaurant with separate breakfast and dinner configurations. Full service floor package including dining layout, bar zone, corridor planning, and dual-scene lighting programme. Cover count increases from 60 (breakfast buffet) to 88 (dinner plated service).

64-cover bistronomy venue with high walk-in traffic. Bar and waiting zone designed for 25-minute peak queues without blocking dining room entry. Central table cluster of 32 covers with perimeter booth seating for parties of two and four.

42-cover refurbishment with pass repositioning from rear wall to centre-left adjacency. Booth perimeter increased from 16 to 26 covers. Corridor re-routing reduced average runner travel time by an estimated 40 seconds per ticket.
