What types of restaurants do you work with?
We design interiors for independent restaurants, hotel dining rooms, brasseries, bistros, and fine dining venues across Paris and Île-de-France. Our focus is on full-service dining — venues with table service, a defined pass, and evening covers.
Do you design kitchens?
We do not design kitchen layouts or specify kitchen equipment. Our scope covers the guest-facing dining room, bar and waiting zones, service corridors, and pass adjacency — the areas where covers are seated and served.
How do you determine table spacing and booth placement?
Table spacing is calculated from your cover count, average party size, and service style (plated vs. shared). Booth clusters are positioned along perimeter walls and window lines to maximise central floor area for freestanding tables and runner circulation. Every layout is validated against your stated peak covers, not generic spacing templates.
What is pass adjacency and why does it matter?
Pass adjacency refers to the distance and sightline between the kitchen expo pass and dining zones. Shorter, unobstructed paths mean faster ticket delivery and fewer cold plates. We position the pass relative to booth runs and central tables so runners can reach every seat within your target ticket time.
Do you include lighting design?
Evening service lighting is included in our Complete Interior Plan (€11,500) and available as an add-on to other packages. We specify layered lighting: ambient wash over dining zones, focused pools at tables, task illumination at the pass and bar, and dimming sequences for turn service.
What deliverables do I receive?
Depending on the package, you receive scaled floor plans, a seating schedule with cover counts, circulation overlays showing runner and guest paths, corridor width specifications, and (where included) a lighting fixture schedule. All drawings are provided in PDF and DWG format.
How long does a typical project take?
A dining floor layout typically takes four to six weeks from brief to final drawings. Corridor planning can be completed in two to three weeks. Full Service Floor packages run eight to twelve weeks depending on venue size and revision rounds.
Can you review an existing layout?
Yes. Our hourly consultation (€160/h, minimum 2 hours) covers review of existing layouts, lease space evaluation, or second opinions on in-progress designs. For on-site assessment, our site review visit is €2,800 within Paris intra-muros.
